1. I'm not very good with computers & Dell is the worse to try to find "work arounds".

"Dell Optiplex 760 make it work with PCIe graphics card"

I noticed many posts and youtubes on how to fix your issue. Sometimes one of the posts is correct and the issue will be solved. Good luck!
