10. What do you do when Verizon is simply unreliable?

Each day about 1:39 PM I lose connection to the internet. Disconnects will continue for almost
2 hours or thereabout. The problem returns early evening.

Windows reads it as 'repair internet connection' problem, but then can't do anything because
it cannot contact Microsoft 1.1.1.1
