1. I went to Halifax 75 years after the fire.

When walking around the city you can still see the affects of the fire in places and the scorch marks it left in others. It must have been a terrifying event.

On a side note, Halifax is a beautiful city to visit with a lot of history. Many American family’s can trace their roots tonAmerica through Halifax as “two boaters”
