when the corrupt conservative Justice Annette Ziegler retires at the end of her term. She's the worst of the worst when it comes to bald faced conflicts of interest and ruling on the side of corporations. Yet another cold blooded conservative who sees the writing on the wall and is getting out before she gets nailed to that wall.
