Dealin' in AZ...to the tune of 3 BILLION, for now..for a pipeline from the Sea of Cortez to a desaliant station on the border of Mex....I have been to Rocky Point...that is some kinda stinkin thinkin..grift....like in you face.?do you know how far the Sea of Cortez is from the Mex AZ border...5 hrs driving....
