Wisconsin

Who would ever imagine that someone in Wisconsin would get so drunk as to pull such a stupid stunt?
I do not miss the bar scene and heavy boozing of Wisconsin. We do have some drunk drivers here, but not even close to the same scale as Wisconsin does. I have yet to see a drunk driver speeding down the wrong side of the road at in the middle of the morning. And I DID see that, twice, in Wisconsin. I have also not seen a barful of people laughing because someone got shit faced and made a fool of themselves. And that was a common occurrence in Wisconsin. I know not why heavy drinking is considered a recreational sport in Wisconsin, but I really do not miss it.
