1. It should be a federal law!

Any vehicle that was submerged at any time should have a caveat stating such. If deceived by the person selling, that person should face federal fraud indictment. That's a no-brainer! Why would our politicians not give the American people this protection against fraud? Of course, unless they are taking bribe money not to, which is likely the case. Politicians don't give a damn about you, they are narcissists by nature, it's all about them and their damned careers, and the money it takes to maintain their lifestyle. In essence, they are just fucking crooks trying to pass laws that lets them take bribes.
