the cracker plant is in Monaca, Pa. Tax dollars went to building that enormous facility. It is getting ready to start up. My daughter lives in a beautiful house about 8 miles away, upwind. She doesn't even consider drinking her tap water. Did I mention her house is on Seven Oaks golf course? She is considering moving. If she were downwind she would definitely move.
