1. Causes of these more frequent crashes?

(1) People are now not taught how to properly drive.
(2) They are distracted by electronic toys.
(3) They speed.
(4) They have no judgment with regard to speed, distance, etc.
(5) They are me me me me me first I am in a hurry I have to be first.
(6) They drive aggressively.
(7) They tailgate.
(8) STOP signs and traffic signals are routinely ignored.

Enough. Every day in Metro Atlanta there are freeway crashes just like this one that tie up traffic for hours. Every fucking day.
