I live in Oak Ridge and went to PO this am to find out why no mail since Saturday. Was told because of the Amazon/USPS contract, Amazon pkgs have priority over 1st Class mail. Apparently if USPS is not able to deliver within time frame negotiated, delivery is free to Amazon. So it becomes more important than 1st Class. All mail is supposed to be delivered today. (🤞
. USPS is holding a job fair soon so that should help. My friend said she missed 4 days of mail delivery because her carrier had jury duty. What is wrong with this whole situation????????
