1. Pennsylvania's mail ballot applications are down from 2020. Here's what that means for election night.

My husband and I both mailed our ballots in 2020, but we are going to vote in person this year. We are doing this because PA doesn't count votes till election day, which means Trump could be ahead in the evening but the vote count would change by morning. I don't want to give Donny any reason to say there was a problem with the votes in PA.
