Ohio, unlike most states, has no regulations governing the use of artificial intelligence in political communications [View all]
I wasn't aware of this. There are absolutely no restrictions on ads created by AI, including deepfakes. Every election cycle we are smothered with misleading ads. In our Republican super-majority state, nothing is being done to remedy the situation.
