1. So this Harvard thing caught my eye.

I don't really care either way about fraternities and sororities, though the 'Stroll to the Polls' by Harris's sorority sisters moved me deeply.

But if the net result of this kind of well-intentioned policy is 'the rich get richer and the poor get ...' then you have a severe case of the law of unintended consequences.
