This is not the first time they have done this crap.

The Republicans didn't like that the people of this state stood up and took some of their power away, and not only are they stealing it back, our punishment is to have our ability to express ourselves through voter initiatives curtailed. The people of this state are not teenagers who stole Dad's car for a joy ride, and the legislators up in Jeff City need to learn this.
