3. MPD has had a lot of racists for as long as I can remember.

I recall conversations with a few of them, back around 1990, where they were bragging about beating up Asians as well as black people. Those particular cops would be retired by now but there was and still is a racist culture. I hope the new guy and the mayor can clean up the rot.
