I honestly dont get how this could win when rationality is used. If you dont pay your dues, you should not benefit from a union. Period. Negotiate your own damn salary and benefits. Nobody is going to work for you for FREE!

Union family here, public sector (federal/railway) ... and this one makes me nervous. Unions in railway are the eyes and ears that keep rail worker alive.
