3. Local towns add local taxes for projects.

Which were approved by the voters, such as additional monies for Bus Service and Schools. Rochester has both that are quite good.

When I was living in Rochester, combined City and County add on taxes brought the rate to 8.125%. I charged that rate for Alteration services.

Now in Eden Prairie, the rate is lower. EP owns the City Liquor stores and the Sales Taxes stay local.
