There's a lot to unpack there. Oof. 
But my big take away is that he seems just a little bit panicked about the dissent within the ranks! 
Adding to that internal strife is the divide because of the carbon pipeline. The Steve King wing wants to primary anyone who supports the pipeline. I hope they eat each other.
Just a side note, I wonder if this video was supposed to become public? On the Youtube page it says "UNLISTED whomever you share the link with are the only ones that can view this video."
