Washinton (CNN)Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa was exposed to Covid-19 and will immediately quarantine, according to a statement from his office Tuesday morning.
Grassley, who as president pro tempore is the most senior Republican in the chamber, is 87-years-old, putting him at a vulnerable age for contracting the virus.
