They have very strict attendance and productivity standards. Little or no tolerance for sick days or late arrivals. Pick lists are timed and you have to be fast.

Only mention of a shuttle bus that I've seen was in the Zionsville paper but it was listed as "possible solutions" to traffic congestion.
