possible dangers to migratory birds. Area proposed (bluffs) I'm assuming are along the Mississippi river valley, a major migratory pathway for birds. There are bluffs all along the river on both sides of the river, and quite a few birds do travel up and down the river valley. As a matter of fact, about a week or so ago, I saw a huge swarm of birds (I'm assuming geese?, too far away to make out, but kind of looked like it) heading south.

I do applaud wind power, but placement of the turbines is crucial.
