i think- and? that's a problem?

chicago alone bears the full brunt of their teacher pensions. i wish they could have gotten obama to work out a deal on that shit. they could have turned some of the money over to ss, gotten rid of that stupid exemption, and at least had the teachers guaranteed that much.
then get the feds to chip in for some of the rest. let the state match it. let chi match it. problem solved.

it is so stupid that teachers have this exemption. makes the whole pension debate so much more fraught.
