Can anyone confirm the rumor I'm hearing about how Seminole Cty disbursed their vaccine allottment? [View all]

I'm sure it's an ugly rumor, but I heard they had a sign-up sheet, and whoever signed up first, had preference.

I know this can't be true, because this is the kind of nonsense process that gets abused in our good ole boy communities. They will spread word of mouth to their inner circles, and by the time you hear about it, all the spots have been taken.

So, I'm hoping someone can set this straight.
