Might want to pick up some Yaktrax for your hiking shoes, there are still snowy trails at higher elevations at RMNP and while this week is finally warmer, the higher elevations there might not all melt. We were there one July 4th and there was still snow on the higher trails! I live in the foothills, (former New Yorker) and this is an awesome state!! Enjoy your trip and perfect week, we’ve had the rainiest past month ever! Everything should be green and gorgeous!
