7. The homeless population exploded. They weren't ready for that

Not that I think this negativity impact is major enough to question all the new revenue since we still see the continuing decline of violent crime.

We just have to find a way to take care of a homeless population that more or less tripled over night according to the report some shelters have put out. (How knows maybe they are liars and just want a cut of that sweet sweet cheddar)
