16. I used to work at Mammoth. Chair 4, which no longer survives.

If the wind got to 70 mph, we had to shut down.
Only happened once. And I happened to be working the top of the lift that day. The only way down was; walk, get lucky and have somebody come by in a snowmobile, or toboggan, by way of Ski Patrol. You don't want the third one, bumpy ride. And of course that's what I got.

Chair 4 was a pretty quiet area. I can easily see what happened in the video, happening in any high traffic area on the mountain.
