You have to wonder why a 15-year-old acts so destructively. Yes, this 15-year-old was also only 11 when the pandemic began and George Floyd was killed (by a police officer), but that doesn’t explain why they thought that smashing up a cop car and being part of a mob threatening a sheriff’s deputy was a good idea.
