3. AirBnB doesn't have "partyhouses"

The people who own the house are allowing or unwittingly allowing the parties. There's only so much AirBnB can do, it's really up to the community to ban short stay rentals. Most cities now have 30 day minimum stay rules (Vegas learned the hard way and now has the 30 day minimum). Like almost all of these other apps, AirBnB doesn't have any concern for how their app affects communities, they care only for the profit. It's up to the communities to protect them selves.
