salaries were lumped in with hourly employees to inflate the average.

Also - is $13.12/hour enough to be out of the Medicaid range? I have no idea. I just know that in some research I did on Walmart many years back (5+) they had lots of tricks to divert attention away from the low wages and lack of benefits.

They also had lots of accounting tricks to keep from paying state and local taxes, such that having a Walmart in town was almost always a cost to the city and state.
