the hand count. The "bad actors" are the so-called "Cyber Ninjas", an outfit no one has ever heard of before, and have never audited a recount of 7th graders "mock elections", let alone a presidential election that has already been audited (by professionals) twice. Oh, and they want to keep their "methods" top secret.

Nothing funny going on here, is there.
