I think he will based on how poorly Trump is doing with suburban voters which are key in Maricopa County. Hillary Clinton did better than Obama in terms of Trump winning by a smaller margin than Romney. Also Biden has consistent lead in the polls though many of them are within the margin of error. There are rare polls with Trump in the lead. I think Arizona is trending blue.
