Look at the ballot props this year. HOLEE SHYTE! The Lege has lost its damn mind. [View all]

133 - Parties control their primaries without regard to law. It becomes a Trump coronation.
134 - Equal percentage from all LDs for voter referendums to get on ballot? So much for referendum.
135 - War Powers Act for emergency declarations that the lege can end it with 33% vote, not 50%+1
136 - >100 days before election, one person can sue to prevent referendum from getting on ballot
137 - Ends retention election for judges for all time, including 2024 election. Two judges up for retention voted for the 186 abortion ban
138 - Makes constitutional sub-minimum wage for service and tipped/gratuity employees, which is practically anyone given a tip (taxi drivers, maids in hotels, even people working at fast food restaurants).

139 - Codifies Roe V. Wade as a human right
140 - levels signature requirement for getting people/referendum on ballots
312 - property tax refund on residents in cities where police don't enforce anti-homeless laws.
313 - life imprisonment for child sex traffickers (yet those who work in this know most trafficked children are brought in by other trafficked children because of threats of violence if they don't find fresh meat for trafficking bosses and clients. I can't justify locking up a 13 year old trafficking victim that got another into sex trafficking because they were threatened with or received violence if they didn't).
315 - if voter passed ballot measure costs more than $500K over five years, lege can vote to not fund it, thus killing it.

Underlined are proposed amendments to the AZ Constitution.

MAGAt Unchained on the ballot in Arizona.

BTW, if I were still in AZ, the boldfaced are the once I would consider voting for. The boldfaced and highlighted I WOULD vote for without hesitation. But I also had a simply rule: If the Lege wanted it, I was immediately against it.
