...and oh what benefits!
You can have whatever you want. And fitting? You can make things to fit and flatter your body, as opposed to what looks good on a hanger. It makes all the difference.
I consider myself very lucky to have had a mother who sewed beautifully. She got me started with dresses for my Barbie when I was eleven, and I was off and running. I make clothes, quilts, purses, and even stuff like curtains and pillows.
Just the best hobby ever.
