This looks like a website rather than an app. I assume I still have to sign up somehow to get a user name Is it free?

I'm most comfortable with a full-sized computer and a keyboard, since I work with them at my job. I suck at trying to access the internet on my phone; I spend more time going back and correcting the wrong letters than I do typing the right ones. Could I go on the website on my computer to sign up and then have that available to upload the picture from my phone? I think I could do that...
