And hour & a half to 2 hours southeast of Budapest, I visited an edible oil processing plant that was almost exclusively sunflower oil.
The squeezed the seeds for oil, the ground the rest for livestock feed.
For the last 25 miles or so, the fields were sunflowers for as far as the eye could see in every direction.
All we could see was yellow!
As to your question, I think roses, but I have liked snapdragons since I was a little kid.
