A French Village (Un village français) is a French historical drama series that chronicles the lives of residents in the fictional village of Villeneuve during the German occupation of France in World War II, from 1940 to the end of the war. The show explores the moral complexities of the era through its characters, who navigate collaboration, the Resistance, the black market, and the fate of the local Jewish population, making difficult choices that reveal them as patriots, traitors, or simply survivors.
I watched it on MHZChoice. Excellent series
