(72,505 posts)37. No. My parents either sprang for the school lunch, or sent me to school with a bagged lunch.
I was wildly out of step with the other schoolkids in the 1970's, all of whom had the latest movie/TV series metal lunchboxes. By the time my parents got around to getting me a cheap plastic lunchbox, themed lunchboxes were out of fashion, and all the kids were bringing bagged lunches.

That is fine. I used brown paper bags for a copy of years. I would decorate with crayons. TY nocoincidences.
