Does anybody here use Debrox for build up of ear wax? [View all]

It used to work somewhat but not today. Is there an alternative? My wellness center here at Masonicare doesn't have someone designated to do it, and I have to travel to a doctor's office if I want it done. I would prefer to use the Debrox but would welcome suggestions for another medication that works!
