complaining about other patients, and flashing the lysol around is just beyond the pale.
both r unprofessional, but how many ppl hearing that figured they were talking about them?
dont know what kind of practice this is, but if thats a common issue, do they have a lot of homeless or mentally ill patients? seems like something is going on if this is a common thing.
lucky is the kind of guy who wouldnt want someone to lose their job, but damn. they at least need some education. sensitivity training, maybe. how many ppl hear that, and dont come back?
