He was banned from Disneyland and banned from the set of "Hook" yet he operated Neverland. It was well known within the industry and law enforcement what was going on for years.

Court settlements that buy the silence of the victims and their parents should be illegal. It does not warn others and allows the abuser to continue.

The publicity around the serial abuse and drove Jackson to hire "Nurse" Debby Rowe and Mark Lester in 1996 to produce a baby that he would own.

There is/was a taboo in the industry against making films that profit from real life tragedy. This new film not only revictimizes the kids who were demonized and not believed, it also sends a message to others about what the rich and powerful can get away with.
