The "how to" on StubHub still says that tickets will be emailed to the attendee but that's not how the tickets are obtained. It's confusing especially when technology changes and someone has zero experience with the new technology and the transfer of tickets. The Wallet app is confusing as well.

Sometimes I miss standing in line to buy tickets and keeping the stubs and putting them in a photo album.

I guess at certain times I'm old school. lol
