and I am certainly sympathetic to your situation. Houses that had original owners for years are now rentals from a "holding company" out of state.
Garbage piled up, rats, noise and loud LOUD music at all hours.
We now have a lovely apartment. Sound-proofed as f*ck....LOL! (Funny thing is OUR next door neighbor in the old neighborhood ALSO had a trampoline right up against our fence. I never considered how DEADLY those springs could be if they shot out! WOW!)
