15. I've used Mayo differently on grilled cheese sandwiches

Instead of using Mayo on the outside of the bread, I spread it on the inside like a regular sandwich. I then sprinkle some All Spice on the Mayo and lay two slices of cheese on top of the Mayo and cook on low heat. The cheese melts and mixes with the Mayo making a creamy combination.

Everyone I've served this to loved it and wanted to know how I did it. I explained and they were surprised how simply it was.
