A water pic flosser. Put baby oil in your ear overnight to soften the wax. In the morning fill the water Pic with warm water, then rinse the wax out. Start with low pressure and angle the flow toward the inside wall of the ear canal, away from your eardrum until you get the hang of rinsing out the chunks and bits. Adjust as needed. You could finish with swimmers eardrops if you want fast drying.

I do this. It works way better than debrox, IMO.
