29. Thanks. My oldest daughter is helping. She downsized recently and can relate to what I am going through.

One of the hardest emotionally for me is losing New Haven as my home town (my new place is in Wallingford). It is the Masonic Home there and it is an apartment, but very spacious.

New Haven was such a great place to live and we had a great home, a 1941 Colonial which is in great demand now because the inventory is basically zero (now it is 1, our house which is going on the market tomorrow). I thought it might not be so much in demand because it is on the other side of town from Yale, but it didn't seem to matter.

Let's hope for a quick sale and a great profit!
