13. Let that nasty nurse motivate you to get better, do your rehab, and exercise and get back home

From October of ‘23 to February of ‘24 I was in a hospital and then a nursing home
and around Xmas I was walking again and I had already started to do skull crushers
with a 20 lbs weight. I was really fucked up by my one driving force was getting out
of the nursing home and get back to my little house and yellow lab.

We need you so get better.
