4. A kidney stone

Mine, actually. I retrieved the little monster, rinsed it off, put it in a small plastic container, and intended to show my doctor. I looked at photos, however, and determined it was an oxalate stone, so I didn’t bother taking it to play show-and-tell with the busy doctor. In time, the container found its way into a junk drawer ( I do have more than one, yunno), where it sat for a year or so. My wife was amused and disgusted all at once after she presented the medical relic and inquired about its origins.
