my younger sister got me to stop in my 20's. Wow, did she badger me! 😄 But that's ok. 👍
But she quit smoking in her ?mid-?late 20's! Now, that's breaking a habit! 🎉 👍
Probably some other one for me, but can't think of it right.

I quit cigarettes...cold turkey. I just knew I had to. Haven't quit sugar, I guess it's harder.

Trying to find a sugar substitute has been hard. Most are really bad for you.

I gave up sugar by using 1/2 tsp in my cups of tea instead of 3 tsp per cup. That was done by cutting back
