1. That means that Trump and the WH are admitting it's a "war" and not a "military incursion"?

2. That means that the U.S. can't re-start the war and get to those 60 days or does it mean back to Day One?

3. If Iran is taking a militarily contrary position to the U.S., isn't that "war" and the meter is still on?

4. How can a war be "over" if it's only a ceasefire and not an armistice or a treaty to end the war?
