1. In it's present form I hope not. I wish they would separate SNAP from the farm bill...

the GOP has used it for years to ensure the farm subsides are always approved by Dems - the farmers rejoice and always give credit to the GOP and do everything they can to diminish SNAP payments to the most needy in America.
